After a degree in Political Science and a Master in Communication and Media, I started to work in the family business as an executive of sales in a textile company. This job gave me the possibility to travel, visiting costumers and participating to trade shows while searching for new market opportunities. I learnt to manage costumer relationships in a highly diversified, constantly/quickly changing environment.
Then I worked 5 years for McArthurGlen LTD, Europe’s leading owner, developer and Manager of Designer Outlets, in the Barberino Center in Italy first as a Centre Administrator and then as an Operation Manager. This experience allowed me to develop excellent costumer service and interpersonal skills while managing complaints involving multiple company’s departments..
