Companies are, with their choices, the active subjects of change in a territory, the true cultural and economic engine of innovation, even before and regardless of the UNESCO stamp of approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A vineyard, a lavender meadow or any production can modify even small territories and shape the surrounding landscape. This change implies the assumption of a “meaning”, a “value” and a new story to tell; the landscape itself becomes an “attraction” and stands out from the context.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
