The cultural and creative sector is at the centre of a rethinking of European policies, with new programmes and dedicated organisations (New European Bauhaus, European Institute for Innovation and Technology, Cultural and Creative Destinations) representing an important driver of innovation, development and attractiveness for those territories that will be able to seize these opportunities.
In this panel, we will be learning about that side of culture which, thanks to the continuous experimentation of the digital creative class, is being renewed in step with the times and in line with the interests of younger people, ending by enhancing cultural heritage through new languages and virtual forms.
We will confront the challenges that the Capitals of Culture of the future will be facing, between innovation and creativity, as we travel to discover digital art galleries, new virtual art movements, video games to play while enhancing one’s own culture, and new creative intelligences that make attractiveness become part of the cultural heritage.
