Artificial Intelligence, Tourism, Hospitality and Culture: Amidst Theory, Myths and Reality

What role can programmatic advertising have in helping companies increase their market interpersonal skills and competences? How does the combination of artificial intelligence and the metaverse impact the enjoyment of cultural-tourism experiences? Compared to other technologies, to what extent is artificial intelligence considered a critical success factor by operators in the Italian hospitality sector? What are the reasons that make operators in the hospitality sector interested in the use of artificial intelligence? And what are the barriers that hinder its adoption?

These are some of the questions we will try to answer thanks to the research, experiences and projects described by the university researchers and managers involved in the panel.

The panel is conceived of and organized by the Italian Marketing Society in collaboration with BTO.
