In the second panel we will talk about the regeneration of hamlets in a smart way, the propensity for the use of AI in hospitality by customers and hotel staff, and the need to provide continuous training and new forms of welfare for the latter. We will then analyze the regulatory issues related to AI and user data processing, and a model for the analysis of visitor sentiment will be presented.
